Thought I should mention that the track cue transition problem maybe dependent on isolation and leveling. I placed a small weight less than a lb just next to the transport (front) and then placed a copper foil on top of the transport, no more skipping.You could use maple type feet for the underside on each corner.
I still find that it does miscue when playing a cd-r but again the warning on the package does state it may not play those type discs.
