Hard to understand why it would 'click (assuming it's a mechanical noise) unless the motor is running.. Might possibly be the motor/gizmo that opens/closes the drawer?? Clearly there may be an issue, you might try poking around a bit and observing to see if it's all operating properly.. sometimes bits get loose or a unit is not as well assembled as it's brothers. Buying these almost free products is best done from a local Box store.. they invariably have a 30 day 'no questions asked' return/refund policy. Too bad yr having troubles (I went thru 3 at first) the sonic result though can be significantly 'better' sounding than units up to $2000 asking.. Kinda puts things into perspective.. don't it ? :-)
