I've owned the 63SE for about 10 years now and recently had pops and crackles on track 1 only. I never had an issue outside track 1. I popped the cover and cleaned the metal and plastic rails on the optical laser mechanism and it fixed my problem. Might just work for you, assuming you haven't tried it already. I used some lithium grease and haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps.
