I didn't fully "move on," so to speak, but I moved the JD-100 to the bedroom headphone system to make room for an RA Opus 21 in the main rig. The difference is mostly one of resolution. The JD-100 is slightly veiled, rounded, and less dynamic by comparison, but I still enjoy it very much running it through a Corda with my Senn HD600s. I'll keep it until it kicks the bucket.
