Both are fabulous cables, though I've only heard them in different systems (the Jena in mine).Jennifer will probably let you audition a Symphony. It might be worth a call to her.
The Stealth you might be able to audition from the Cable Company (www.fatwyre.com). I remember one of the guys there saying something about carrying Stealth. I could be wrong, though. Alternatively, maybe Sergui will loan one out.
