Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Bryston DAC

I have a Bryston BP26 that has their DAC added to it internally. You can fit either their DAC or a phono stage but not both due to space limitations. You can use their external phono stage or DAC if you choose to add one later as they are simply "plug-n-play".

The internal option allows for two coaxial inputs. Their external DAC will probably have more connectivity options. It sounds very good. Not the most resolving that I have ever heard (mine is 24bit/96khz) but it is accurate sounding with a neutral tone and a flat response. It is also very smooth without any grain or harshness while not being overly warm or "bloomy"; essencially the hallmark Bryston neutral tone and clean sound that you are used to with the BP26/3B-SST combo in the analog section.
