I would sort of agree with the general consensus... if you like what the Saturn does then stick with it, I would only contemplate a change if you were dissatisfied.
I have an Ayre CX7 (not Evolution) and have been very happy with it. I changed from a Teac T1 transport and MF X Dac V3 with X PSU and it was a considerable improvement on what I had which is why I made the move.
Can you not get to hear it first. If you are in Brighton... you could talk to Dave at Heatherdale Audio in Worthing...Have fun anyway,
