Re: Oppo 970 or Toshiba 3990?

Question for you, Tom. Have you ever experienced vibration with certain cds in the 3990? So far, Kasey Chambers "Carnival" and Anjani "Blue Alert" both create a whirling noise as if off centre..they will actually play but I don't as they both play fine in the RAM 3950. Bur Maxell cd-S that are not recognized by the 3950 play in the 3990....oh well, the 3990 is sounding very good on the vibrapods now and Lucinda WIlliams "Live from Austintx" was very good on the video..great disc...cheers, lloyd
