I have a Exemplar Denon 3910 with the upgraded balanced sockets and the information that I got with mine Said (DO NOT USE STANDARD XLR INTERCONNECT OR XLR/RCA ADAPTERS.. ALL XLR/RCA ADAPTERS OR BALANCED INTERCONNECTS USED ON THE EXEMPLAR DENON 3910 MUST HAVE PIN 3 FLOATED.
