Musical Fidelity a308cr cd question

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I have had this CD player for a few years and have been bitten by the upgrade bite.
I enjoy the Musical Fidelity Sound, but would am limited by funds in terms of a major upgrade.
One consideration is to use this CD Player as a transport and consider using a separate Musical Fidelity DAC as an upgrade.
My questions are as follows:
Does it make sense to use the 308cr cd as a transport
Does anyone have any experience regarding the Tri Vista DAC
Would the KW dm25 DAC serve as a good compliment.
