...which I use without a preamp to drive my amps directly.I took it to friend's house and compared it to his Wadia 860 which was better in resolution and high frequencies. When I've seen them on AudioGon, they go for about $3000.
The other option is an Opus 21 with its analogue volume control but I haven't actually heard one or heard from anyone who has compared it directly to a Wadia. They go for about $2500 on AudioGon.
