MP3 cMOY headphone amplifier

Picked up an interesting little gizmo here:
A cMOY headphone amp for an MP3 player.
I have a 30 MB Ipod, that I use with a pair of Sennhieser CX100 headphones.
It's about the size of an Ipod, comes in a choice of interesting metal cases, and runs on one 9 volt battery.
You need a 3.5cm to 3.5cm, male-to-male cable, this is how you hook up your MP3 player to the headphone amp. Then you plug you headphones (with mini jack) into the headhone amp.
It uses a Burr-Brown OPA2227 OpAmp chip, Xicon 1000uf capacitor, and good quality resistors. I added an optional ALPS on/off volume knob.
Total cost ran, roughly, $50.
What do you get for your 50 bucks?
Sound that can literally rival, a stereo system headphone amp.
Solid base, great frequency range, and ear shattering volume.
And remember, this is with a cheap ($29) pair of headphones.
I am going to upgrade to a pair of ($69) GRADO SR 60's, so I can go deaf with a smile on my face!!
