Good cheap, quiet CDP for transport only?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Something current production, preferrably w/o a Philips transport. Too many problems with these in my recent past and they are noisey and get noisier as time goes by. $300 or less?
