I recently auditioned the Quad CDP2. I liked what I heard but the transport or control circuitry of the demo unit was not fucntioning properly (would skip over tracks on certain cds). The display lights were also partially invisible. This could just be the demo unit but I've read posts about problems with upgraded Quad cd players on this forum. I would appreciate comments from CDP2 owners about reliability or any tracking/transport issues. Thanks.
