Amperex pinch waisted are the best tubes in my system, with Creative Cable Concepts Green Hornet digital cable. You should seriously look into having Paul Weitzel at TRL mod your 24MXL, takes an already great DAC to a whole new level....also gives you both direct and tube output to choose from....
