Re: Mic for use with Behringer DEQ 2496 RTA

I've got the DEQ2496 and the Behringer mike. If your mike is adaptable to an XLR plug, and you know the sensitivity, you can use it. You also need to figure out if your mike needs phantom power or not. The Behringer does.

However, I'd be a little concerned about the mike from the Richter Scale. Since the richter Scale is strictly a low frequency analyzer, the mike doesn't need flat full range response. For $50, the Behringer is a steal for a 1/2" condenser mike and it's response is ruler flat to 20 kHz.
