The power supply mods can be done ala Vinnie Rossi if you just take the time and study the photos of the mods that have been done on the 3950. The swenson mod is very straight forward and you should be able to implement it with little or no effort. Just take a close look at those that have done the swenson mod on the 3950, 3960, 4960 and the Samsung HD-841.
