Step up from Ack! Dac 1

Hi. I am currently using the Ack! DAC. I like the DAC a lot, it makes jazz and classical music so wonderful that I can listen to the music for a long time.
I am wondering if there is any non-battery power, non-oversampling DAC that will be a step up to the Ack! DAC for under $1500?
