Agree with John on mods, but be careful. Go for the big bang ones first. A jolida might be a good place to start. great sound with the right tubes. And take it up with V-Caps and some vibration mods and see how it does before moving into other mods, like clocks and components.Problem is you won't be able to listen to it first. Arcam is good especially 82T and up, but a modded Jolida beats the 82t to my ears.
