I own many VH Audio PCs (DIY). Mainly Flavor 4 and Flavor 1 PCs. Yes, they need to be broken in/burned in. If you want to take them up a notch, use Walker Audio's SST with them. For me, the SST extended the top end without siblance or harshness. A bit smoother midrange, tighter and a tad quicker midbass and lower frequencies. Inexpensive yet very effective tweak. Well worth trying. As a contact enhancer, IMO and experience puts Caig ProGold to shame.cdc
