for the Flavors 1, 2, and 3I have purchased the Flavor 1 and Flavor 2 PC's from Chris because I am extremely busy with my chosen profession. Chris is fantastic with quick delivery and communication. I hooked up the Flavor 1 to my Cary 306/200 CDP, tossing the factory PC. WOW!! What a difference - tighter bass, wider imaging and soundstage extension. I had no idea a quality PC could make such a difference. I hooked up the Flavor 2 to my preamp [Conrad Johnson Premier 18 LS]. The Flavor 2 replaced an Elco HPC-10 SP PC. I didn't perceive much difference this time, but the PC was right out of the box and the Elco was 4X as expensive. I am still burning the new PC's in, so anticipate greater things at 100 hrs. Based on the results right out of the box, this was a fantastic investment.
Chris obviously knows his craft. And the PC's look great, a much better job than if I tried the DIY approach. If you are looking for a quality built PC and want to stay within a reasonable budget, give Chris's PC's a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
