I recently made a cord (Chris VH's flavor 2) for a friend who had a Synergistic Research Master Coupler. He was unhappy with how the IEC plug would flex open at the joint when it was plugged into the processor. After a couple weeks of comparitive listening, I was surprised that he picked the Flavor 2 over the Synergistic when considering the price difference of both. Although this is a second hand report, the person testing the equipment sells Synergistic cables.
