Evidently, their attorneys convinced the PTO examiners. These cats are not easily convinced either, trust me. I have gone head-to-head with them myself and it's no party.All I can say is that after having looked at some of the patents that have actually been granted, I find their not being easily convinced rather hard to swallow.
