Don't know why I hadn't finished off this second set earlier.
I've been using a set of Chris's interconnects between my amp and CD player for well over a year. They proved much more transparent and focused than Wireworld eclipse in this application. I tried them as a turntable to amp link but got signifigant hum so continued using the Wireworld in this position.
Recently I upgraded the turntable to phono link with the Silver Audio 'Breeze' DIN to RCA cable (fantastic cable BTW) rather than mess with sheilding Chris's design. Now I've just replaced the external phono to amp cable (WW eclipse again) with Chris's cable. Major improvement! So much more transparent and alive sounding, and this is with no burn in! This cable is a huge bang for your buck.
I used the Eichmann bullet RCA's which were very easy to work with also.
