for the DIY Silver Interconnects
constructed the interconnect's per the instructions using homegrown audio
rca connectors, am systems bare silver 32ga. wire, 6mm teflon tubing all covered by techflex. ran a single wire for the signal lead & a pair of wires for the return. silver soldered the connections. construction was straight forward & easy, must admit the cables do look professional for a diy set, only wish i had a digital camera to post some pics. i did not perform any breakin, constructed, connected & hit the go button. used between my phono stage & my preamp. my initial listining impression was favorable, music was portrayed more lifelike, direct & detailed. all in all for the money a great experience.
can highly recommend to anyone considering the purchase of a set of interconnects to try these first.
