Speaker cable with RCA. connectors?

I've an old pair of Realistic Solo 103 full range speakers in like new condition. I plan to match them with my Eico AF-4 SEP amp.
Realistic Solo speakers use an RCA input or a standard two small screw type input.
The Eico uses a pair of unique five pin speaker plugs that I have removed. Adding RCA's to the rear AF-4 panel would be an easy work around without modifications to the sheet metal that standard binding posts would require.
I plan to modify used speaker cables using RCA connectors. Has anyone got any tips or experience making these? Should be a simple modification.
