I guess you can call these the "budget" option.
Not sure if they will accommodate your IeGO innards. But Sonic Crafts site says to contact them for info (link below). No affiliation. Just a site I came across. I bought mine locally many years ago.
One thing I found if you look at my photo is the self-tapping screws that hold the innards in were just a titch too long. You can see the two bumps of them about to break through. That didn't bother me, but just a heads-up.
