Thanks for posting the photo. Assuming the clear plastic shells don't completely block the center shafts, connecting to those binding posts is fairly simple. Regardless of which pair you attach to, the easiest way is to enter the posts from the left and right instead of from the bottom. The flexibility of the label ends of the Fidelium is similar to that of a business card. When connected to your amp, the labels will end up in a gentle 'J'-like curve. If those clear plastic shells do completely block the center shaft and only have a narrow slot for a traditional spade, you would need the Fidelium binding post adapter. The adapter also will fit a 5/16 inch post.
With all binding posts, the recommended connection method is with the conductive surface facing the amp/speaker and tightening the binding post nut down onto the non-conductive red/black label side.
