Those "pea shooters" sound pretty darn nice using them on the old Yamaha driving my Coincident speakers. I could almost give up tubes. Almost. I'd have a tough time giving up those Russian beauties. I'm addicted to just looking at them :-)
I'm thinking about calling Paul Speltz before I do any snipping on the anticables. Might not be a fair comparison otherwise. Paul could advise me on what could happen removing the spade connectors.
