There may be some unrealized virtue to the very thin dielectric used on the Anti Cables ... energy is store in a cable's dielectric and is released out of phase back into the signal path as distortion .. it seems this limits the cables ability to pass the higher frequencies as cables are really low pass filters that tend to attenuate high frequencies anyway
It appears from this article that cables can consume the high frequencies or limit the passing of the high frequencies as the distortion caused by the reflected energy from the dielectric can limit the passing of the higher frequencies through the cable
As the Anti Cable have an ultra thin dielectric they store and reflect the least amount of energy in the form of distortion ..so they can pass higher frequencies were other heavily dielectric-ed cable don't
