That's a very long cable run for unbalanced connections. There is no way to avoid some signal degradation at that length. Your ideal solution would be to use balanced cable (ie 3-pin XLR to 3-pin XLR) and either transformer-based adapters (RCA-XLR each end) or perhaps a DIY active adapter (using THAT (brand) ICs). Jensen Transformer makes products specifically designed for this application as well (ISO-Max), about $150.
You can go ahead, use the Mogami Star-Quad cable, two runs of 25 feet, and although a quality RCA is called for there is no point in going overboard there as you won't get the benefit over that long a run anyway. Canare -09 or -10 RCAs should be fine (about $5 each). From there you can explore and plan for one of the other options using balanced cable in the future.
Or find some way to reduce the distance to less than 10 feet. You might even consider buying a second disk player if moving yours isn't an option.
