The Furutechs are probably most accomodating in factory form (I have used them, too), but I was thinking about using cheap plugs for trying out silly ideas. That's why I was thinking about how I would be able to use Neutrik but still accomodate bigger brews. BTW, Supra plugs are nice, too. They are not designed to take too big a cable, but they open at the top like a coffin and you can then reduce the length of downsized section at the very end and still fit.
