The Flavor 4 is known for its midrange clarity and authoritative bottom end, so I agree that it's a worthy option to consider. To my ear, the Flavor 4 is more dynamic and offers a more palpable midrange presence than the Flavor 1, and the mid-bass energy is very firm, with good upper-bass slam, and a somewhat better defined bass fundamental.
