I haven't had a chance to hear the Clear Day cables, though from all the positives I've read here I am curious about them. I currently have the Black Cat Morpheus that were just upgraded from the previous Beta test versions I had, and the new ones are even more impressive than those were. Don't have a lot to compare them to except some old Emotive Audio cables from Fred Voltz and a pair of DNM Reson's.
In my system the Black Cat's strike me as more fleshed out in the midrange and treble than either of those two, with great speed and transient attack, but maybe not quite digging as deep or as kicking as hard in the bass as the Emotive cables. Chris is also one of those guys thats a great pleasure to deal with and there is also a great return policy as well.
BTW, these were the cables I used in my auditioning of the Heed gear.
