My amp/speaker combination is older (Forté 4a, NHT Model 2), and after trying a few different speaker cables, I was so happy with the Clear Day Double Shotguns that I ended my search for anything else.With Paul's generous demo option, there's certainly nothing to lose in trying his cables (he'll be the first to suggest a demo, as he understands that no matter how good the cables, certain combinations of amp/speaker will prefer one type of cable over the other - and he wants you to enjoy your sound, whether you buy his cables or something else). He's also one of the nicest people you could ever hope to deal with, so I found that giving him my money was truly a pleasure! :)
By the way, recently, I helped a friend put together a brand new system, and I recommended he try the Clear Day cables. He's using the "Single Shotgun" arrangement (with Silverline Minuet Supreme Plus monitors, and a Rythmik F12G subwoofer, along with a hybrid tube/ss integrated amp), and he absolutely loves how his system sounds. Having worked at Carnegie Hall for over 20 years (recently retired), he's used to pretty good sound. :)
