If that's the case then they're a deal.

If not then they're fakes. I'm not sure the counterfeit cable market is big enough to have dedicated production of phony cables. Those that are sold are usually overuns of the genuine product.

As for American cable manufacturers making cables in China with what amounts to slave labor and then selling them in the US market with huge mark ups, what goes around comes around.
