The male AC plug looks like a cheap rubber insulated Cooper (Eagle) AC plug or an equivalent model, perhaps available at Lowe's (but why would anyone want to choose that kind of thing for a serious audio application?).
The female IEC connector looks like a cheap generic IEC connector. You may as well use a better (but nothing too special) Schurter 4300.0603 IEC connector, instead.
BTW, be aware that if you try to make a clone of this very hazardous design, your life and that of others may be in grave danger as a result. I would not touch it with a double-insulated ten foot pole...
