I would recommend a proper re-termination with the WBT spades that you already have. However, the Xhadow Reference Spade a.k.a Stereovox Spade Adapter is intended to act as a 4mm banana to spade connector adapter or a conventional spade connector. The Xhadow Reference Spade is one of my favorite spades, and bargain priced for what it is. If your banana plugs are actually BFA connectors (Z plugs) you might need to splay-out the rolled copper contacts in order to provide a secure grip on the spade/adapter.
