and a lot better than I expected. I was satisfied with my other speaker cables (CRL/FIM) which I also used with the VD jumpers, but adding the VD Master 2.0 cables added a bit more clarity and lower noise floor. I may try biwiring with the VD and CRL cables. Should make for an interesteing experiment.BTW - I recenetly changed the way I connect the pair of cables to my speakers. The red lead goes to the red connection on the top binding post (high frequency) and the black lead goes to the black connection on the lower binding post (low frequency). Previously both leads were connected to their respective lower binding posts. I read about this either here or on Audiogon and decided to try it. There is certainly no harm from what I can tell, but not sure it is an improvement either.
