There are two recipes for making the speaker cable. In one recipe (Jon Risch version?) the outer jacket is removed in the other the jacket is not (audioholics version). Does that make a difference in audio quality? I am intending to make a 12 guage equivalent. I will be using them with Magnepan 1.6's driven by a Bryston 4B ST amp.Please do not tell me - why not try both!!
