.................... and I'll say it again. Simplest method for installing cables with Eichmann Bullet plugs:1) Hold the plug in your hand with your thumb on the top.
2) Twist your hand a quarter turn to the left.
3) Place the plug into the socket
4) Secure the front of the component with your other hand.
5) In one go, push the plug into the socket while twisting your wrist a quarter turn to the right.Works every time. I have fitted hundreds of EBP onto cables, and installed hundreds of cables fitted with EBP. I have never melted one from soldering, have never used a hair dryer, have never found an RCA female that was too tight (steady on boys), and have never broken an EBP.
Obviously some aspects of audio and DIY are just beyond some people's capabilities. Apologies up front if I come off a bit cocky and confident, but that's the way I see it.
