I'm looking for some opinions/experiences/recommendations on powercords. I am wanting to upgrade my powercord(s) for either my SimAudio Moon I-3 integrated and/or my Jolida JD-100a CD player. There's a lot of controversy over powercords so I'm not sure if this is a good thing to upgrade. I've read some reviewers say that cheaper powercords made no difference while $2000+ cords made a noticeable difference. Obviously I'm not going to spend that kind of money on a powercord given my equipment. I was thinking of a $100 CDN cord but I'm not sure if this will improve anything. I think the max I will spend is $250 CDN. I tried Van Den Hul interconnects and like the improvement they made so I'm wanting to try the mainserver hybrid (but I think it may be higher than my budget). What do you guys think? If powercords do make a difference, which one should I consider getting? Thanks.
