Hello Bruce,
I'm not looking after "higher volume", since the balanced output of my cd player (Cary 306) already provides rather too much and makes my life difficult depending on the CD. But I take it from your comments that Kaptovator comes very close to the Aluminata, except for a more defined bass, right ?cheers, Mike
