The over-baked, bass-prevalent KS-3033 will not be a good match for the GH. The hybrid KS-3035 left me and friends in a quandry. While it is more honest than the all-copper KS-3033, it still isn't as sublime as the all-silver KS-3038.The Kimber Select speaker cables can be terminated with WBT slant bananas. So, you should go with a single run of KS-3038, coupled with the 9038 jumper. That jumper, BTW, is very, very good. It should be more than sufficient, and, as you pointed out, makes for a neater arrangement. When time and finances permit, you could, at some future date, add a second KS-3038. The slant bananas can be stacked at the amp end.
