I'd have no problem recommending these (Luscombe LBR-35). Those are my comments on the page based on an audition. I didn't purchase because as good as they were I did prefer the bass heft from the Cardas cables I was using at the time (e.g. Cardas Cross) and subsequently went in another direction but I could certainly easily live with those LBR-35, in fact if I could have it all I'd have a few pairs in my playpen for sure!
