Your MIT cables must have the iConn connectors :-)The iConn system is very well engineered and parts quality is also very high. Just the sizes of spades to choose from can guarantee a perfect fit with just about ANY binding post.
I have 3 sets of MIT's with the iCon's and having swapped from bananas to spades in numerous situations, I can honestly say that there is VERY little lost when switching from the spade to a banana.
You can mix and match all U want. Just make sure U screw the iConn connectors tight on the Pin-base.
