FYI, the VHAudio chords can be purchased ready made, and are very difficult to beat price wise. For a digital power chord, the Flavor 1 is a good inexpensive way to experience a benefit from an aftermarket PC.As I stated, the Ear to Ear cables are a bit more expensive, but I find that their cables give me a more neutral presentation than other chords I've used. Basically, the bass and midrange sound improve, and the top end is more relaxed an smooth. I'm not sure if the shielding or the silver coated copper is responsible - I suspect it is the shielding, which is the most impressive I have encountered. Ear to Ear has an excellent money back and trade up policy last time I checked.
