That must be some older stock, most all of the more recently made 89259 has the off-black jacket, the older stuff had a nice looking translucent bronze jacket that let the copper braid show through, and it had a little yellow strip of plastic with the number printed on it running through the inside of the jacket. Since you now found the number, you can rest easy.
