Hi.Bi-wiring will give you much better sound than single-wiring given your speakers already come factory bi-wired
This is my hands-on experience with my KEF speakers & a few expensive Brandname 'monitor' grade speaker systems, which I rebuilt their X-over networks from factory single-wired to bi-wired/tri-wired. The owners & I are happy with such upgrades.
IME, I find the bass sounds much cleaner & well defined. Boominess is gone. High & mid is more balanced & stretched. No more 'bright' or 'dry' sounds. It sounds like it can handle more power & dynmaic transcients more gracefully with bi/tri-wiring upgrades.
FYI, a good speaker system should handle music from whispering to heart throbbing loud volumes. If circucmstances permit, I always TEST loudspeakers with pop band musics up to 120dB (C-weighting, fast response, peak reading) measured from the 'sweet spot'.
Not many single-wired speaker can handle such sonic punishments, but my KEF 2-way bookshelf speaker can handle this test only AFTER its bi-wiring upgrade - no sweats.
As Kenster said below, no exotic speaker cables will be needed for bi-wiring. You can save a big bundle on costly speaker cables alone. I am using only no-name 'monster cable' type oxygen-free clear-jacketed speaker cables to give me gratifying results.
Also go the need of high conductivity jumpers to bridge up the bi-wiring terminals.Don't you know how much hassles some high-end audiophiles went through to get the right bi-wiring terminal jumpers & the money to spend on them?
Beat all that & go back to what your speaker system can offer you better - biwiring.
