Not a review ... i haven't tried the oyaide yet so only an observation. I picked up the Wattgate 330iAg (silver ac male plug). My system consists of all solid state (minus my MMF7) equipment terminated with either gold wattgate or furutech plugs. I decided to place it on my power conditioner. Previously terminated with a gold wattgate. My cd player and pre are plugged into the conditioner but the big rotel is plugged directly into the wall. The long and short of it was ... boy is it clean. Clean without any sizzle. It brought a really nice focus and balance to my system. The clarity is really evident in vocal driven music. Two downsides or considerations. 1.Tarnish. Silver tarnishes easily and needs more care. Mine came tarnished and i need to use flitz on it to polish it up. The wattgate people apologized and explained the newer models are coated with a finish to prevent this - no big deal. 2.Too much of a good thing? The speed and focus is great but i can tell that two would be too many, at least in a my solid state system. Different rules would apply for you tube people. It's staying where it is at and was a good purchase. Conditionally recommended. Cheers - Paul
